Hi Rosey. I found this awesome tutorial on How To Convert Micro SIM To Nano SIM For iPhone 5. There are also several micro-to-nano SIM tools that will do the job for you. A quick search on Amazon revealed this SIM Card Cutter. Best of luck.

If you go to your cellar provider store they can clone your SIM on to a fresh one. That would be the safest way and it should be free! (at least my carrier did it for free last spring when I got my iPhone)
There are a number of companies giving away FREE cell phones to anyone who qualifies for the Lifeline telephone discount. In California Lifeline cell phones come with unlimited calling and unlimited texting. You qualify if your income is below $25,000 a year or if you are receiving assistance from medical, SSI, food stamps, or a list other federal programs. Normally the Service Provider will resize your SIM card if needed. But be aware, the Lifeline cell phone Providers and the Providers of the cell phone Service that the Lifeline cell phones come with are not connected. So anyone with a FREE Lifeline cell phone will not be able to get the Service Provider (Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Etc.) to replace or re-size or the SIM card down in size to a micro SIM card that will fit in a iPhone. You are on your own.

You can order online a nano sim cutter to use it for making any sim to micro or nano. The best way to buy is Amazon or eBay.
