cursor key is stuck
The cursor key is stuck down. How do I pull it up to clean under? When trying to remove the key, it is tearing glue.

You need to go inside... properly identify your machine and look at the guide. You may need a new top case or track pad. Get the proper tools (every job is easier with the correct tools).
