Replace SSD factory installed

So now I think to replace my factory installed SSD 256 GB with larger and faster model.

It's easier than replace internal second HDD?

What I need to do it?

could I buy any model of SSD SATA III?

I'm thinking to samsung MZ-7TD500..

Finally in various forum some user add second (in my case would be the third) disk in free space http://www.flickr.com/photos/camflan/533...

It's a safe solution?

Thanks in advance

You would need to install the iMac EFI Update 1.6, before attempting to use SATA III drives. Start by properly IDing your Mac and studying the guide. Purchase any recommended tools (every job is easier when you use the proper tools).

I would want a guarantee from any vendor that the parts they sold fit so that you are not responsible for return/replacement fees.
