battery 100% shows when unplug the phone dead

i have iphone 4s , when im trying to charge on wall its work until 100% when im trying unplug phone dead , i do plug again but the phone screen tell me to connect to itunes , im unplug again iphone dead , plug to my computer but iphone doesnt even turn on , and itunes doesnt recognisez it

what should i do thanks

sounds like a dead battery, for 5 bucks you can get a new one on ebay
