Hello, I just replace my lock botton and when I turn on the phone, the The half right screen is grey. The phone works 100%, but the half right screen is grey.

How I can fix it?

Im guessing if you replaced the prox flex cable, you did not remove the screen. In which case, you have to heavily bend and shift those display cables around to get into the assembly and remove screws etc. You probably damaged the LCD connector. Which is why you should always remove the screen to replace a power button / Proximity flex cable.

Try a new screen and it will resolve the display issues.
