iPhone Not Charging and Home Button

So i just changed my screen and now the home button, Mic, and charging dock wont work. You can hear Sounds and everything but if i buy a new Charging Port Dock, will my Home Button, Mic, and Charger Work? Thanks :) Also, Everything was working when i had the broken/cracked screen until i changed the screen. Hopefully you guys can help me. Thanks!
