i dropped the iphone and when i opened it up a small metal piece fell out now when i plug it into the dock connector it vibrates every 5 seconds and the screen wont turn on

that is a side view of the metal piece it was extremely tiny

yeah sorry ive been looking around for it for a while, it dropped while i was going to take a picture of it....do you know what the problem might be? and also it appears to not be a part of the motherboard because i examined mine with another and theyre exactly the same

the metal piece looked like this from the side, extremely small and fell somewhere in my kitchen when i tried to take a picture of it but this is the closest representation of it that i can remember and it was a silver iron looking color
