LCD problem after removed

Hello !

After I have removed my Iphone 4, it didn't want to restart. So I connect my Iphone 4 at mains. The Iphone start but the LCD is white with horizontal and vertical line, which is multicoloured.

I did something wrong ?

What can I do to resolve this problem ?

Options

You need to install a new front screen assembly. LCD Display, Digitizer, mounting frame, the one piece complete front assembly.
