Its difficult to understand your question. It seems you may be asking how to open the SIM card tray and insert the SIM card. You can use a Sim Card Ejector tool....Or a paperclip to insert into the tiny hole on the SIM card tray which will pop it out and then you can pull it the rest of the way out of the phone.

Thank you very much. It is impossible in Vietnam to pay. In Vietnam, protected consumers are the only thing in the dream. Anyway, I'm very thankful also. Many people also advised me to look like buying a lesson for me. And since then I hated the iphone. I keep that iPhone 5 because it is my father's birthday present. I just know your page.
