Exchange hinge COVER not hinge itself at MacBook Air A1237

Hello, i didn´t find any tutorials how to exchange a broken plastic hinge cover from a MacBook Air late 2008. I only found a lot tutorials how to fix broken hinges. Did anybody have experience with this, or can get me an usefull help on this with pictures? I have to change hinge and hinge cover. Thanks for helping. Sebastian

Options

First you have to completely remove the bezel like it is shown on powerbookmedic and also remove the hinges before it is possible to slide out the plastic hinge cover to either one side and replace it.

Hi I have a mack air 13 and my hinge cover needs replacing and I'm not sure il be able to replace it myself how much do you think a technician would be willing to fix it for ??
