White screen after replacing broken cracked touch screen and LCD?

I have just replaced the touch screen, the home button and the LCD screen.

I have followed the instructions to put in back together but all I get is a white screen.

All the 3 connectors are in place.

I have doen a restore and the iPhone 3GS still gets recognised but iTunes.

Any suggestions please?

Merton,

Please excuse Jack, he's very new here. I have changed your device to the iFixit guides.

Here's how to do a hard reset: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVxF-uYEE...

Thanks!

Unfortunately the link you have used is for keyboard hard reset and not button hard reset. (my screen is unreadable).
