How can I remove the screw

I just bought an iPhone 5 gsm with a cracked screen and back for 100 dollars, but there's a dent over one of the screws and it turns, but will not come out? And I can't replace the screen without removing the screw? Any ideas would be helpful, thanks

Options

Usually if you press on the screw while rotate it, this will undo the screw.
