Trackpad's left click not working! Battery says "Service Battery"!

My MacBook Pro's left click is not working. Battery health is also too bad. 55% in 468 cycles.

Is it the battery which is creating the trackpad problem?

Do i need to get it replaced?

How much will it cost ( Aprox.) ?

Your battery may be swelling and putting pressure on the bottom of the trackpad. I would visually inspwect the battery. To get a better idea of how it's functioning, download and run Coconut Battery and let us know your results. http://www.coconut-flavour.com
