My MacBook will not turn on

I changed my upper case on my 13" macbook pro and everything was working fin till I reset the smc and now it will not turn on just the fan when I hit the power button. Any advice?

Recheck all your connections. You might have to disconnect from mains power, remove the battery overnight, reassemble - leave the SMC alone... see if that works for you.
