MBP Upgrade: 2.4 GHz to a 2.8 GHz Logic Board

Hello I have the MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011 2.4 GHz version (MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Early 2011-Late 2011) 2.4 GHz Logic Board) and I was wondering If I could change the board to a 2.8GHz version (MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Early 2011-Late 2011) 2.8 GHz Logic Board), are they compatible? Since they are from the same time, and from the looks of it It seems possible.

Thanks in advance.
