Not turning on after screen replacement

Hi i used to repair iphone 4s and this time something went wrong and i dont know what really happen.

I change a broken screen and turn on the phone not putting everything back just to test, and it works. then put back some of the stuff back on and tried and it worked again. then assemble most of the thing and turn it back one And this time it didnt work.

It wont turn on. Could you please help me?

Look to see if the backlight has blowen

To be honest why would you even try and turn it on with it half assembled that's just asking for it to short circut
