Charging and power problem

Hi, my camra wont turn on and when i charge it dosnt show the red light dosnt shine, only if i take out and in the batery will the red light shine but when i try to power up det camera the red light stops shining and nothing happens.

I'm suspicious that there's an internal battery that dies and then the GoPro's clock and OS stop functioning, regardless of the external battery's charge. Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pla...
