Hi, please can anybody help me? My kids blocked my iPhone and it says I can't enter my pass code cuz it's locked for another 22,346,000. So my husband took it to the phone shop and they fixed it but I lost all my pictures and videos on the phone.
Please help what can I do to retrieve all my stuffs.

If you used an iCloud backup, then go to settings>general>reset>erase all content and settings. When you set it up, choose "restore from iCloud backup." Enter your apple id, then choose the backup. Then wait.
If you used an iTunes backup, connect it to your computer, open iTunes, enable the sidebar, right click on your phone, choose restore from backup, and choose the backup. Then wait.
If you don't have a backup, and the pictures aren't in any other place, then you're out of luck. The iPhone is encrypted so well, even the government cant get into a locked iPhone without the code. And for future reference, plugging your phone into your computer will fix it.
