iPhone 4S searching stuck

My iPhone 4S is stuck on searching (sim -in or out)

I see also that my modern firmware is gone and my IMEI is wrong (there are letters in it)

I tried to set the clock manually, I rebooted the phone, plugged the sim in and out!

Please help me!

try restoring the phone to see if it fixes the IMEI problem as far as the searching problem i found putting it into airplane mode with the sim in then take the phone out of airplane mode has solved it for me
