replaced the screen and phone will not dial out
replaced the screen and you dial 228 or emergency call then hit call but nothing happens... so cant activate phone now..

Make sure the time and date are correct. Do a hard reset hold power and home button til the screen shuts off then power up as normal then contact to iTunes hope this helps
