How can I upgrade to 16gb ram?

I have a macbook pro late 2009 Model:A1297 and it is limited to 8 gb. I want to know what does it take to be possible to upgrade it to 16 gb ?

Nothing the max this box can access is 8GB in 2 4GB chips.
