How to salvage data from MacBook Air Drive

How would I salvage data from the SSD from a MacBook Air? I have an adapter that will let me hook up an IDE or SATA drive to a USB port (this is my favorite tool) but looking at the SSD from the MacBook Air, it looks like it uses a different interface.

Depending upon the age of your "Air" you need one of a number of different connectors. Early models had a ZIF interface, next Gen used mini SATA, and the current ones have a proprietary connector (but OWC has external cases).
