Hello

A reset network might help you

or try to restore with iTunes

Since you've opened your phone it may also be a hardware issue.

The very long screw at the top above the flex cables, which is located between the power button and aux input may be the culprit. That screw is used to adjust the signal strength. Loosen and tighten it checking the phone signal every time accordingly and play around with it until you get the perfect signal.

The very long screw in the top of the upper EMI shield fixed my issue. I had taken the EMI shield off to troubleshoot a screen display issue. I left the shield off while I reconnected the screen cable, resulting in no WiFi detection. I put the shield back on with the one screw and magically my WiFi network was detectable.
