How do I load Snow leopard after getting a new hard drive?
After getting a new hard drive installed I tried to reload snow leopard and the disk just spins. Frustrating, I don't know what to do.

It turns out that when they loaded the new hard drive they didn't make a partition, whatever that is. Once the tech added a partition he was able to load Snow leopard.

First please give us the last three figures of your serial number located on the bottom of the stand. Next please give us the make and model number of your new hard drive.
