Understanding the diagnostics log.

I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could help me to pinpoint these errors (piece of hardware, sensors location, etc. log below).

  • Temp (TC0D) - CPU 0 Die Temp (test #1) - Sensor Reads Within Operating Range - Check to ensure that sensor reads within operating range. ERROR -- 1 [Unable to read sensor] -- (1.00) TEST FAILED
  • Temp (Th1H) - Heat Pipe 2 Heatsink (test #1) - Sensor Reads Within Operating Range - Check to ensure that sensor reads within operating range. ERROR -- 1 [Unable to read sensor] -- (1.00) TEST FAILED
  • Temp (Ts0P) - Skin 0 Proximity (test #1) - Sensor Reads Within Operating Range - Check to ensure that sensor reads withing operating range. ERROR -- 1 [Unable to read sensor] -- (1.00) TEST FAILED

Thanks!

Update

Left thermal sensor was broken, causing TC0D & Th1H. Ts0P (Skin 0 Proximity) error still remains, it isn't one of the 3 thermal sensors. Any ideas?

Has the machine been "operated on" by you or someone else not mac certified?

If so check the connectors on the logic board around the heat sink and fans. It's possible they "look" connected are are actually loose. Inspect the wires for breaks at the ends you can see.

If all that looks ok I believe you have a bad logic board.

Good Luck,

N.
