You really must have hit it pretty hard to bend the frame on this device. They are really solid, just from my experience the logic boards in these are extremely durable though. Some pictures would really help us assess the damage.
I had to repair the back glass, and screen on an iPhone 4 a while back and I got both the screen assembly and the back glass from the same company on Amazon for about $80, and they were very helpful, I can post links if you would like. I highly recommend being careful who you buy your parts from, their are a lot of terrible screen assemblies out there. I am seeing mid frames for this device on ebay, that may or may not be of quality for about $50, and your battery also will likely need replaced as well which should be around $20. The best case scenario for this repair would be about $150. Your best bet may be to buy a blacklisted/bad imei device from ebay and just swap the logic boards. Take some pictures from the front and side, as well take the back plate off and post some pictures of the internals, and we could get a better idea of what will need replaced.
I also forgot to mention if you find a device with a bad imei on ebay to use as a donor unit, you will get all oem parts which is greatly preferred to third party chinese parts. Can anyone out there verify that if his logic board is good and he got a donor unit, then swapped logic boards, the new phone would register under his clean imei? I'm not sure if your using a GSM or CDMA phone but there are currently two devices on ebay, one att and one verizon, that have about 6 days left, but they only have a few bids and are under $90.
