Not a very descriptive question. Gonna have a hard time getting any help with that.

Had a friend with a similar sounding issue. He went into his settings (Settings > WiFi) and his WIFI on/off toggle was greyed out. He performed 4-5 hard resets (hold the sleep/wake button and the home button down until the apple logo appears) and the button came back to life.

Is the WIFI that you are trying to connect to working properly? Is your phone recognizing any WiFi anywhere?
