About changing the logic board

I have MacBook Pro MC374(CH/A) , but I want to change the logic board.

Is it possible to use the logic board of MD102?

If not, which kind of logic board I can use besides MC375

I do need the answers as soon as possible. If you have any experiences related to these, please contact me.
