Clear iPhone LCD front and back

Hi so I have replaced many iPhone 4 and 4S screen but I'm doing a transparent front and back how would this effect the proximity sensors

I know the mod for iPhone 4 is electrical tape with two small hole and works like a charm but on the iPhone 4s with a clear front and back will the proximity sensor not work please shed some light on this as I have a customer waiting for this mod to happen

IM hoping the iPhone 4s proximity sensor is just amazing and does not need any tape mod or anything just better so always works lol but please let me know what you guys think

This isn't good enough for an answer... but the phone may need to be restored after the swap. If I'm not mistaken, that allows the proximity sensor to recalibrate. I'd rather someone else chime in though.
