Display shows pink and turquoise dots/stripes and areas

Hi there!

the screen of my 1. gen iPad has some disturbing pink and turquoise dots/stripes and areas. Especially on white areas.

I already tried resetting everything. did not change anything.

Any idea how I can fix that? What part is broken? Do I have to replace the display?

It looks like your LCD needs to be replaced, or if it has moisture damage it would need to be treated for that.
