Will not start up

My laptop will not start up. No chime, no fan sound, no NOTHING.

I recently had the hard drive, logic board and super drive replaced. I have removed the battery and it still will not boot.

Options

Check the top case ribbon connection to the logic board. If this cable is not well seated in his socket the PB wont react when pushing the power button.
