it says corrupt check iPod

well i just got my iPod back when i hook it up to computer to delete an add music and pictures my itunes pops up and says iPod is corrupt restore setting i dont know how

When you plug it into iTunes, you'll be presented with a summary screen that looks like this (see picture). You need to click the button that says "Restore". I've highlighted it in the picture.

It's worth noting that this procedure WILL DELETE ALL CONTENT CURRENTLY ON THE iPod. Additionally, your harddrive might be dying, so the restore could fail. In that case, you can either replace the drive, or buy a new iPod.
