Why are my rpms fluctuating up and down

when im riding my bike going 70 my rpms will drop as if im pulling the clutch in. itl go up and down driving down the road. could you pls help me its only got 13000mi on it. what could the problem be?

thanks for replying, i havent since i bought the bike. so whats a good web site to go to, to show me how to clean the carb-jets, and if that not the problem what else could it be

its a 2009 model, i just checked spark pluggs and there good. it also happens when i start the bike and rev it up to 8000 the rpms will drop completly and jump back you how can i fix this problem its my only transportation thanks for helping

How far down do the RPM's drop and do they come back up when you accelerate back up?

If it is turned on and idle and the rpm's fluctuating, your fuel filter or fuel pump is going bad/clogged.
