What is wrong with my motherboard?

I have a PS3 with the RLOD and I used the heat gun on the board, replaced the thermal compound, the thermal pads, and put it back together. Now there is no power light at all when I flip the switch in the back. Did I heat it incorrectly? Is my motherboard fried? Model CHECHA 60gb

I have another PS3 that the HDMI is not detected at all. I tried all the PS3 recovery options and still no HDMI detected and no signal on tv. Also did the YLOD repair on this and it still doesn't work. Only the composite and component cables work. Is my HDMI fried on this PS3? model CHECHA 60gb also.

Sound like you did a faulty repair. Before sound the repair you have to research how to do it properly. Sounds like you had an overheated zone some whee around the GPu and have either have a solder ball not making contact which was the source of your original problem or you have popcorned the board. Research popcorn solder effect. At this point you would have to take it to a person with a lot of experience to fix
