You can't just replace the WiFi chip, there's more to it than just that assuming the chip was pin compatible (which it's not). Apple has not shipped a 802.11ac device as of yet (only 802.11n). I would be surprised if anyone has a laptop that supports 802.11ac let alone an AP unit to you can connect to.
