should i be removing the blue plastic film? or should i leave that on. i noticed its not on the factory screen,

Remove the large plastic sheet film from the back of the screen. The back should have just the very shiny mirror surface.

OK I fixed my iPhone 4 screen last night it didn't come on so I changed the screen again now it lights up make sound I here it talk but the screen us stuck on blue no apple logo shows up
