iPhone 5 camera swap with 4s?

Because the camera sensor is almost the same between the iPhone 5 and the 4s, is it possible to put the new camera on the "old" 4S to gain the benefits from the new optic?

i think that we could try to see if the pinout is the same...

by

Different ribbon cable assy. (check out the iFixIt breakdown) SMT mounted not really removable from the assy and over heating it will damage the camera.
