A way to remove the lcd without taking the logic board out?
Is there any way i can change the lcd&digitizer assembly without completely disassembling the iphone?

No. Battery, Vibrate Motor, Speaker Housing with Antenna, Logic Board and all their screws must be removed. The big six screen screws can remain, but have to be loosened.

Forgot, back cover and back main camera.
absolutely! Just take a look at the repair guide and you can see that there is no way to reach those 6 screws any other way.
