Are the following logic boards interchangeable? Is the part number printed on the board someplace, and if so where?

2.5 GHz - 661-4625

2.6 GHz - 661-4690

Late 2008

2.5 GHz - 661-4963

According to EveryMac.com there should be no problem swapping between same model years the "upgraded CPU" being the only difference.

Comments:

So going from the 2.5GHz to 2.6 should be OK. What about from early to Late 2008. So for instance if I have 661-4625 can I substitute 661-4963. I think I have 661-4625 (but not absolutely sure) and I think I have a source for new 661-4963 but only used 661-4625 and a those are similar price or more, so if 661-4963 is OK, that would be preferable.

I have not done such a swap, but looking at EveryMac & some vendor information they are interchangeable.
