I'm replacing my hard drive and want to back up with Super Duper but can't get past disk utility.
How do I dowload Super Duper from unbootable drive?

You don't. If your drive is pooched it's too late for backing up. Install your new drive and OS. Put the pooched drive in an external case... then try to recover the needed files with a recovery app. I like Data Rescue 3, as you can use it free to see if the files you want are recoverable before you have to lay out any money.
