Lower speaker enclosure replace

I've bought 2 different speaker enclosures from 2 different suppliers, replaced the original part with each but when I power back on my device no sound emits from the new parts! Any ideas? I also fitted a new antenna which I thought may have something to do with it? Would appreciate any help at all! Thanks :)

Finally got it working! Noticed when I removed the original that the 2 prongs on the bottom were slightly more raised on the new part and the tips were too close together so when I adjusted them a reinstalled it worked! :)

Could the Dock Connector Flex cable be faulty? It has the contact pads for the speaker.

I actually just changed the dock connector too! Where is the contacts for the speaker on the dock flex?? New dock seems to work perfect but one thing I noticed is when i dock it on my docking station it doesn't play music through it, only comes through the phone speakers

But also my old speaker part still works perfect, only reason I wanted to change is that the sound volume isn't as loud as it used to be
