Product Overview

Fix that broken screen!

  • This part does not come with the home button, front camera assembly, earpiece speaker, or the LCD shield plate.
  • You'll need to transfer these parts from your old display assembly to your new part.
  • We do sell the iPhone 5 Display Assembly with Home Button and Front Camera which includes all the smaller parts attached to the inside of the display assembly so you can skip transferring these parts.
  • You may also want to consider getting a nifty screen protector, so that your new iPhone display assembly can play nice with your keys.

Does not work in iPhone 5c or 5s.

My Problem

cracked screen

My Fix

No problems, although I lost a couple of the tiny screws but I had enough left to keep the covers on. Next time I'll get the sticky pad.

My Advice

Get the sticky pad. The screws are very small.

My Problem

Girlfriend dropped her iPhone 5 and cracked the screen and killed the digitizer.

My Fix

The directions were very clear and made the process simple enough. The hardest part was getting the home button contacts off. I used a bit of heat from a hair dryer, but I didn't want to burn anything, so I didn't use too much. I should have used more because I almost ripped off the contacts. After getting past that point, the rest was easy.

My Advice

If I had to do this again, I would either buy that heat roll thingy the girl used in the video, or I would take my time with a hair dryer to make sure I loosened up the adhesive more.

My Problem

Completely broken LCD glass on my Iphone even if still working.

My Fix

Not any problem with the repair

My Advice

1. Really touchy to remove the home button as it's hardly stuck but there are not any miracle solution. Be patient.

2. Make sure that the front camera is centered when mounting back.
