Why will my psp go not turn on?
When the power switch is pressed the green light flashes for a second, but the unit doesn't power up. When the unit is charging the charging light is on, but it still wont power up. When the unit is plugged into the PC it is not recognized. Without disassembling the unit I am not able to do anything else with it.

Nope, no Pandora's Battery for the Go. It has a simple two-conductor battery, that's it. If it has any power at all and isn't starting, it doesn't seem like a mechanical problem, but something wrong with the mainboard. I think it needs a trip to Sony, sorry.

Blown Fuse maybe?

^^ Fuses for PSP GO.
The one on the right is for Audio - so the one *under* the metal shielding may well be your power Fuse. I would suggest testing with a multimeter to confirm.
If you are going to bridge it then a Circuit Writer pen is the easiest - just practice on something other than the psp so you get used to the flow.
