Mid 2012 model MacBook Pro Recharge cable connects askew

Last night FIRST TIME, my recharging connector to my MacBook Pro 13"/Mid 2012 version stopped connecting easily to the recharger port on the computer. Only by fussing with it considerably can I get it to recharge. Is there an easy fix to this sudden inconvenience?

Well its not the easiest job to fix as you'll need to take out the logic board to gain access to the DC-In board part
