Will CDMA Antenna work in GSM iPhone 4?

History

If I remove my GSM antenna from my iPhone can I put replace it with the CDMA antenna? I'm traveling to a place where GSM does not exist but CDMA signals are great.

No, The GSM and CDMA handsets differ greatly. The parts are not interchangeable. I would recommend either to sell your GSM handset and purchase a CDMA handset, or to buy an iPhone 4S which is called a "World Phone" that supports both GSM and CDMA within the on handset.

Your reply doesn't make sense here Watcher. This is the correct and full Answer. The cases and the internals are very different between the GSM & CDMA models of the iPhone 4 phones. Yes, the external 'look' is very similar and the OS services and Apps are the same with a few minor differences. Bottom-line you just can't do it and expect to make a working phone.
