MacBook Pro A1286 Late 2008 not turning on

Hello ive got problem with macbook pro that my mother used to this day. After day like always she turned it off. But today as she tried to turn it on macbook doesnt respond even the fans are not spinning i got schematics and boardview checked everything i possibly could every voltage is right on spot and it is completly dead.

C7771 have above 1.05v

The green light on magsafe is lit up when its fully charged for now it is not so its amber color.

I tried SMC reset that didnt work aswell as command+Option+P+R.

Have anyone got clue what could have failed on it?

You likely need a new battery as these batteries do breakdown from age and use MacBook Pro 15" Unibody (Late 2008-Early 2009) Battery

While this is not possible now, its important to keep an eye on it Determine battery cycle count for Mac notebooks As we can see this systems battery can only offer 500 cycles due to its chemistry and design.
