incorrect admin password entered

interweb to 192.168.1.1

enter admin password

This is only possible either by verizon pushing instructions or over USB with jiggery pokery.

dial *611 or 611

Verizon Tier2 support will not be able to assist you. In short, if you forget the admin password (and the security question's answer) you have a slightly functional paperweight worth about nine dollars on the large popular interweb auction site with four letters starting with E ending in Y with a BA in the middle.
