LG Thrill 4G Troubleshooting
The LG Thrill 4G is a 3D-enabled Android smartphone released in 2011 by Korean company LG. The LG Thrill 4G is AT&T's version of the LG Optimus 3D.

LG Thrill 4G Won't Turn On ¶
No matter how many times you try, your smartphone will not turn on or at best will boot up to the LG Logo screen, but no further.
Battery Out of Charge ¶
Plug your phone in for a few hours. If after a few hours your phone has less than 30% charge, your phone will not turn on.
Bad Battery ¶
Open back cover and locate old battery to be replaced with new battery. You can find instructions on how to perform this task in the following guide. Make sure to charge new battery before attempting to turn phone on again.
LG Thrill 4G Screen Not Working ¶
Display will not work or is not viewable.
Screen Won't Display Anything ¶
After pushing the on button, your phone starts up but wont display anything. You may have a software problem.
Screen is Broken ¶
Your phone is turned on and the screen has multiple cracks impeding the display of the phone.
LG Thrill 4G Camera Doesn't Work ¶
No matter how many times you attempt to take successful pictures, your camera just won't work.
Camera Shows Black Screen ¶
When attempting to take pictures your camera shows a black screen. This problem is due to a software issue within the phone.
Camera is Broken ¶
Your camera does not work at all or is cracked, leaving blurry or unclear pictures.
LG Thrill 4G Buttons Don't Work ¶
Buttons are Stuck ¶
When pressing the power, camera, or volume buttons, nothing happens on the display of the phone. Jiggle the buttons around to see if the problem becomes resolved. If not, the following guide will show you how to change the buttons on the LG Thrill 4G.
Buttons are Broken or Missing ¶
The buttons on the phone are cracked or completely gone. The following guide will show you how to change the buttons on the LG Thrill 4G.
Memory Card Unrecognized ¶
Your device is unable to access the information stored on the SD card.
Card is Loose ¶
Remove the SD card from the SD card slot, then replace the SD card firmly within the slot.
Bad SD Card ¶
The SD card that is being used is corrupt. Replace old SD card with new SD card.
Software Bug ¶
If the SD card is not the problem, then there may be a software bug. Make sure your phone is updated to the most recent software.
Internal Component Damage ¶
If the SD card is not the problem, and neither is a software bug, then there may be a damaged internal component. The two internal components that may be damaged include the SD/Sim card board and the motherboard. Click on the following links to view the replacement guides for both components.
Speaker Not Working ¶
The speaker on the phone does not produce sound or only produces a static sound.
