To remove plastic mid-bezel, place plastic opening tool under the bezel at either the bottom left or bottom right corner. Once plastic opening tool is under the bezel, carefully pry the bezel off in a circular pattern around the phone. The buttons should already be loose enough for removal. So make sure you do not lose any buttons falling out.
