Failure to charge ¶ 

When the device is plugged in, the device fails to connect to the provided power supply and start charging.

Faulty power cord ¶ 

Check to ensure power cord is completely together. Check charging light to make sure there is a proper connection. If cord is secured, light is on but still no charge consider purchasing new charging cord.

Faulty Charging port ¶ 

Check to ensure a tight fit in-between charging port and cord. If charger cord is confirmed functional, try cleaning out charging port. If problem continues consider charging port replacement.

Faulty battery ¶ 

If your device turns on but only when charging cord in attached, your battery is faulty. Purchase and replace with a new battery.

Failure to hold a charge ¶ 

When the device has been charged, the device's power does not deplete in a slow consistent way but more quickly than it should drain.

Faulty power cord ¶ 

Check to ensure power cord is completely together. Check charging light to make sure there is a proper connection. If cord is secured, light is on but still no charge consider purchasing new charging cord.

If your device turns on but only when charging cord in attached, your battery is faulty. Purchase and replace with a new battery.

Freezing during use ¶ 

When using the device, the software freezes up to a point where the user cannot continue using the device.

Lack of RAM ¶ 

When using device, if it freezes when running more than one program simultaneously, then your device may not have enough RAM. Try closing programs you are not using or install a RAM managing program. If that doesn’t work consider installing more RAM.

Motherboard not working properly ¶ 

When using your device, it freezes during normal operation, try a hard reset. If this doesn’t fix the problem consider purchasing a new motherboard and replacing it.

Speakers not working ¶ 

When trying to use the device for any application, no sound will come out of the speakers when there is supposed to be sound.

Loose connections ¶ 

If speakers work intermittently or are distorted check to ensure speaker connections are secure inside device.

Faulty Speakers ¶ 

If connections are solid and speakers still symptoms or don’t work at all, you may have faulty speakers, consider replacement.

Screen Failure or Broken Screen ¶ 

The device's screen is not responding, picture on screen does not look normal or the screen itself is cracked.

Device is frozen ¶ 

Your device might just be frozen and a hard reset should fix the problem .

Dead pixels ¶ 

If part of your screen looks like it is missing some of the picture or it is a different color than the rest of the picture, your screen has dead pixels and should consider a screen replacement.

Cracked screen ¶ 

If the screen has a crack caused by physical damage, consider a screen replacement.

Unresponsive touch screen ¶ 

If the touch screen is not responding to your finger, check to ensure touch screen is enabled. If it is enabled and screen is still unresponsive consider screen replacement.
